2. Product Information and Pricing

However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, reliable, or current. If you receive a product that does not match the description on the site, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Payment: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing the order. You authorize us to collect the total amount of the order from the provided payment method, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We use secure payment processing services, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your payment information.
4. Shipping and Returns
4.1 Shipping: Our mission does not solely lie in designing and delivering unique dresses, but also ensuring they reach you in excellent condition. We guarantee delivery while ensuring the quality of packaging and maintaining the elegance of the dress, following the procedures below:
- Delivery within the United Arab Emirates takes 10 working days for ready-made clothes, while custom-made manufacturing takes 30 working days (this may vary depending on the design).
- For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, it takes 15 working days for ready-made clothes, and approximately 35 working days for custom-made manufacturing (this may vary depending on the design).
However, we are not responsible for shipping delays (or delivery) beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier issues.
4.2 Returns: Our return policy is detailed separately on the site. Please review the return policy before purchasing. If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for complying with the return policy and any associated costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer: The site and its contents are provided “as is” without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
5.2 Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, even if informed of such. Despite the rare possibility of such damages occurring; our entire liability to you shall only amount to the payment you made for the specific product or service concerned.
