Alvin Baybayan graduated with a degree in nursing prior to following his real passion for fashion design which led to his relocation to Dubai. Alvin’s attentive characteristics to our clients’ desires and his ability to replicate a sketch into a unique and innovative dress design exemplifies why he initially pursued a career in nursing.
Alvin’s strong motivation to succeed inspired him to pursue a series of self-training, advanced education and instructional coursework for pattern making, fabric cutting, and fashion design. Before long, he flourished as the leader of a team for the Bridal House in Dubai. Continuing to pursue his dreams of working in a couture house, he advanced from his bridal boutique shop beginning and accepted the role of designer in Hazar Haute, Couture. By 2019, Alvin arrived in his design role with Glorreayah Couture where he has continued to expand his skills and talents transposing sketches to fabrics through innovative fabrication techniques.
Alvin now serves as one of the co-designers for Gloreayah Couture where he further showcases his ingenuity, talent, and leadership within the Gloreayah. Alvin’s rapid ascension in the fashion industry is only the beginning as he continues to advance in his niche as one of the up and coming Filipinos in the Dubai Design marketplace.
